Purpose of Life

I always wondered watching a movie, when the villain makes some clandestine plans to curb property/cheat others, kill innocent or any evil things, the audience never appreciate it. They always want the Hero come and rescue the innocent. When the parents are disrespected in the movie, we feel uncomfortable. I wonder why! When the villains son, during the college examination copies from others, we want him get caught or banged. I wonder why!
When I was giving examination more than 60% students were indulged in one or the other way of copying. When I look at the familes, the old are not respected. When I look at the offices/companies, many are involved in making wrong money by producing wrong bills viz. medical, transport, Leave travel. Yet these people want to be respected!
Now I put my point! Why all these people who appreciated the Hero's good nature and rejected the villain, lead their personal lives like cheaters/haters of mankind? I noticed when we want something, we want it at the earliest, in a shortest time with minimum risk. Yes! it is true. As a normal human being we all have such thoughts. If you dont have such thoughts, I can bet you are one of the flagbearers for this world.
After all! why we have dual personalities? Well! it is because of 4 primary reasons

• Our upbringing
• Our friends
• Lack of retrospection
• 'It didnt hurt anyone'. 'Nobody knows about it'. 'He does lot of such things, what if I did one ?' kind of attitude

So what do I want to say here? I want these people to amend themselves. Lets see why! When Valmiki was born nothing great happened as in the case of Jesus! However when Valmiki had realization then did great things happen in his life and we say "He's born for a purpose". Literally he drove Rama to places. He wrote "Rama will go for Vanavasa" so did Rama. He directed the Lord himself to places. So if we look back and say what is the purpose of my life? The answer is "Do some work to earn money! Get married, have children, bring them up, Build a own house which will not remain with us after we leave this world. Get some worldly possessions! enjoy life and take last breath in satisfation that the same thing has been happening in the world for millions of years and it will happen the same with our children aswell" This is more or less the purpose of every person. But are we realizing some where that in the process of achieving this purpose, we are side tracking
If this is the sole purpose of homo-sapiens, it keeps them no disticnt from animals and birds. We used our intellectual skills to grow technically. But how are we using our intelligence to put ourselves better in personality, to gain better character, improve ethics! None! We are more happy with material possessions than the spiritual. However when everything is going wrong and out of control, then we seek the help of god! Alas! Here is one question that one should ask oneself, Am I ready to change to better in my life in character? If the answer is yes then it is better to read furtther. Let's redefine, or rather suppliment our purpose of life in a more meaningful way I live because I'm given a duty to perform in this world. No matter how many years I live, I have a purpose, besides my relationships, possessions! it is to live a truthful life. A life which will show light to others when they look at me. A life which shall be more revered and remembered after my departure. A glorious life which shall be followed. I will be the HERO in this world. I assign myself all the characters a hero should possess. My children wont be merely currency machines but ethical machines who are highly revered for their character and not for their position If we resolve to this today, a couple of days may be bitter for us, but slowly we'll realize that we are nearing our purpose and we are being guided by god. When we are guided by god, nothing in this world is against us. If something goes wrong, we realise that it is for a purpose. We never feel let down, unhappy, sad. We start offering light to others, happiness to others. And more responsibilities may shower on you from the efficiency of your handling! Now, You are Born for a purpose

Life Ethics and God

I strongly believe that we are all thoughtful, emotional and intelligent machines sent for a particular purpose in this world. We are independent unlike the robots which we make and control. There pop up different questions, I believe , many of them are common to all of us, dealing with Life, Ethics and God to my mind always. I tried to answer many of them and insearch of answers for many others. Fundamentally my ideas of life are that we need to establish an Utopian society. As the sons of God and more of Mother India, we owe to our mother a clean India where there is Rama-Rajya again. You may be a graduate or just a sheperd, but y ou're happy with what you have. Since you are happy and our country makes us happy we'll have to contribute to the society whatever we can. Either morally, physically or by any other means which is good to the society. If you are not happy, you must try to find the roots and remove them so that others may not get affected by them. This way you contribute to the society. One good friend of mine said, "You cannot have a sound sleep on the Sulphuric acid beach on Jupiter! or even at the border between India and Pakistan!" Very true! However we are sleeping happily! Ain't we? That is our lives are very much secured! So why not give a thought about contributing something to society! Lets look at these questions by category!

Life:

• How should I lead a pious life?
• When I think of Tata and Vivekananda, for which person, I bow my head? Why? So Why am I not trying to become like him?
• Is the independece given to us by god making us forget our mission?
• Does this freedom of act and thought making us forget who sent us and why?
• Are we forgetting "You wont take it with you!".
• How can I realize my purpose of life?
• Why when all the men in this world are sent by same father, fight among themselves?
• What is love? Youth wake up!
• I lead a a little un ethical life but I want to change. How?

Ethics:

• Why our children aint taught love for god in schools?
• Why do our children disturb neighbours by shattering window glasses and making noise?
• Is there anything that we can do to chage our society?
• Is there anything that I can do to make my children more ethical?
• What are ethics?
• How should I bring my child up God:
• Who is God?
• Where is god?
• What is Good/Bad
• Can I wash my sins off?
• How can I a complete man! with Raymonds?
• I'm an atheist! Does this mean I'm evil?

Please be patient while reading any article. I believe they will certainly make an impact on your lives. Many fundamental rules I talked are not mine but they are passed from generations from our ancestors. So they must revive your inner self to see the light. We forget all rules in life as they look very trivial. But finally these pariticles of dust is Golden dust that make up the character.. Swami Vivekananda always emphasizEd "Education which doesnt mould a character is absolutely worthless!". Yes even if one is a Ph.D in Computer science and behaves un-ethically, his education is absolutely worthless. Please read the articles I've added whenever you get some time. I'll keep on adding them as and when I finish one... Please remember Life,Ethics and God are not mutually exclusive so you might find answer to more than one question in a single talk.
